New talks surrounding the topic of a new Persona game remake make Persona fans question what Atlus is doing with the Persona franchise. I am more interested in Atlus making Persona 6 than having another remake of a previous Persona game. But this remake has piqued my interest since it’s a remake of my favorite Persona game in the series.

The previous remake of Persona 3 had a successful launch with many players of the original and other Persona games coming back to the Persona series to test out how they have changed the game mechanics. I personally really enjoyed the Persona 3 remake, I found the combat in the game to be very fluid and fun. And not having been able to play the original Persona 3 made my experience unique compared to other long-time Persona fans.

Persona 4 is my favorite game in the Persona series and is the main reason why I’m such a big Persona fan. Out of all the Persona games, I believe that it had the best storyline alongside its amazing soundtrack that fits in with the highs and lows of the story. I don’t believe that a remake is needed for Persona 4 because the game is unplayable compared to the first Persona games. But I’m still excited to play the new Persona 4 remake.

When it comes to remakes in the Persona series many fans are unhappy with the amount of progress that is being made with the 6th game in the Persona series. Comment below what you think about the new remake and what’s your favorite Persona game?
